EO 14411: Importer Verification Resources for Customs Brokers

During our EO 14411 Customs Enforcement webinar 2 weeks ago focused on customs brokers, one question kept coming up: How do we show that we have verified the importers of record that we work with?

As of September 18, CBP can immediately void an importer-of-record number when Form 5106 information is inaccurate or incomplete. EO 14411 goes further, setting up ongoing eligibility, ownership, and vetting requirements.
