📀 New Release 📀

We've just released the first version of our Export Control Classification & Compliance workflow on BITE Data, and it is our first truly agentic workflow.

This is part of our broader push into agentic AI workflows for import/export operations and trade compliance.

What's in the Workflow

In this workflow, users can:

• Generate or validate a Schedule B classification
• Screen destination countries for sanctions and export risk
• Run NRC applicability checks
• Evaluate ITAR / USML applicability
• Perform EAR / CCL analysis with ECCN determination
• Walk through a guided compliance review process with AI-driven questioning and feedback loops
• Generate a full export control review record for audit, storage, sharing, and collaboration

In the example below, we walk through a fixed-wing UAS export scenario to China.

A Beta Release — With More to Come

This is a beta version, and as we improve it, we want to increase the ability for the agent to interactively ask the right compliance questions as the review progresses, helping teams reach more accurate export determinations faster.

This is an early release, but we're excited about where this is heading.
